Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please contact us at project-x@projectx-sim.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take great pride in our packaging. We are fully aware that shipping carriers often disregard "Fragile" labels, which is why we spare no expense on protective packaging. All premium modules are housed in a custom 3D-printed enclosure, individually bubble-wrapped, and placed inside an oversized cardboard box filled with generous amounts of packaging material. We make every effort to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
Even with this level of care, it is not uncommon for the outer box to show signs of damage during transit — please treat the outer packaging as sacrificial. The money we invest in packaging is there to protect what matters: the module inside, which should arrive in full working order.
In the unlikely event that your module experiences communication issues with your PC, we kindly ask that you allow us to schedule a remote support session via AnyDesk to diagnose and resolve the issue before initiating a return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that modules that have been tampered with, opened, or modified by the end user will not be accepted as returns, and no refund will be issued. We invest heavily in protecting the electronics inside every module — all units are shipped in a tamper-proof state.
Any module found to have been tampered with or modified will have its warranty voided immediately. The unit will be returned to the customer at their own shipping expense without a refund.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are experiencing any technical issues with your module, please do not attempt to open or modify it. Instead, contact us to schedule a remote support session via AnyDesk — we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you remotely before any return is considered.
Exchanges
We do not offer item exchanges. Prior to purchasing, we encourage all customers to review the detailed product descriptions, specifications, and documentation we provide for each module. This information is designed to help you make the right choice for your cockpit setup.
If you are unsure which module is right for you, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order — we are happy to help. European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, completely unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
